People with disabilities are on the last plane in Romania !!!

I've been waiting for something to do in Romania for people with disabilities, but I see we are non-existent !!!!! I have an allowance of 273 RON, for Grade 2 disabilities, and I am not
The only one in this site !!!! We are not people and new, ???? Degaba I was at Freedom Drive 2009


The National Organization of Persons with Disabilities in Romania (ONPHR) was invited by ENIL-R European Network for Independent Life to participate for the first time at Mars of Liberty 2009, which took place on 14-18 September 2009 in Strasbourg (France ).
ENIL is an organization that advocates for the rights of all people with disabilities. It is made up of 100% of people with disabilities both at the level of the Management Board and management.
Campaign requests "Strasbourg Freedom Drive 2009"
1. I call on the European Community to ensure that the issue of independent living has a central place in EU disability policies as found in the EU Dissemination Strategy, Disability Action Plan and Article 19 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities; and Optional protocol.
2. We encourage the European Community to continue to assist the development of community services to achieve deinstitutionalization throughout Europe.
3. We call for the implementation of our rights to benefit from personal assistance services, fundamental to guaranteeing an independent living.
4. We call for the opportunity to enjoy equally freedom of movement by ensuring portability of personal assistance services.
5. We call for the allocation of 5% of EU development funds to the development of Independent Living programs in developing countries.
6. We call on the European Community to ratify the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and to sign and
To ratify the Optional Protocol so that their articles are implemented in
Policies and
EU legislation. By default, it urges the institutions and representatives of the Member States to transpose the Convention into national law as quickly as possible.
7. We call for a specific directive on the issue of disability to be included and to protect the full rights of people with disabilities across Europe.
8. People with disabilities and our organizations must be involved in all levels of policy development, including their planning, development and implementation.
